Rough days

We all have rough days. Those days where we get up late, nothing goes as planned, everything is off schedule, emergencies come up…life just happens. But in all the chaos we MUST fight to remember our blessings and remind ourselves to Be thankful through the storm. It can be hard because we can get swept up in the rush and complaints but if we take a moment and recall the countless blessings we have, it can change our hearts and our days right on around.

Here are some quotes for rough days I found. The sites I’ve found them out are sites below as well.

The bravest sight in the world is to see a great man struggling against adversity. – Seneca

Don’t cry to give up, cry to keep going.

In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. – Lee Iacocca

“In life you are going to make mistakes, you’re going to fall down, but it’s the getting up that counts. Just like in baseball: you’ll get a few hits, but most likely, you’ll strike out more than you’ll get on base. But don’t quit. Find your focus, relax, take a deep breath and give it a good swing” Dave Pelzer – A Man Called Dave

Turn your wounds into wisdom. ~Oprah Winfrey

Adversity is like a strong wind. It tears away from us all but the things that cannot be torn, so that we see ourselves as we really are. ~Arthur Golden, Memoirs of a Geisha

The difficulties of life are intended to make us better, not bitter. ~Author Unknown
